He is a successful professional turned entrepreneur. Having completed his chartered accountancy and law, he ran a flourishing international business of trading edible oils & specialty fats at Malaysia for more than thirty years before retiring to India. His philanthropic nature motivated him to start AKJ at Nawalgarh (Rajasthan) where his ancestors lived. As board chair , he is the guiding force & mentor behind organization since 1998 and has been providing strategic inputs.

He is a science & management graduate from country premier institute. Instead of joining lucrative corporate world, he chose to be a change maker for betterment of community. From conceiving stage as cofounder till today, Sudeep has been consistently striving hard to take the organization to next level. As full time chief functionary & secretary governing body, he is responsible for policy making, strategic planning, fund raising, administration, communication, project planning and implementation leading a team of 50 professionals.

He shows exemplary visionary approach and leadership traits to serve children and community with disability. Sudeep Goyal has been striving to make a difference through advocacy, policy formation, convergence with stakeholders as well as direct service delivery.

A civil engineer turned builder by profession, Sazid is associated with us as treasurer of the society. He takes particular interest in well-being of children and spreads the good words among local community by leveraging his networking skills.

He has a rich track record of business-related activities. As chairman of Bhotika Trade & Services, he has managed diversified trade streams. Being pious & religious nature, he got associated with AKJ as founder treasurer and overseeing its finance & audit functions. He is not keeping good health since couple of years hence not much active now.

She is a social worker qualified in guidance & counselling. She is also a good influencer & networking lady which brings on table much needed resources through fund raising activities and linking benefactors to AKJ.

A successful share broker at Mumbai Stock Exchange, he has been our pillar of support since 1998. He has connected our society with number of like-minded individuals. He has also generously donated his ancestral land and right of use his Haveli at Nawalgarh for our organizational use.

She is the very first student of Asha Ka Jharna. A strong determined girl born with a condition of cerebral palsy (paralysis of brain), Aanchal overcame all adversities coming her way. She completed schooling from regular school and graduated in Arts followed by a diploma course in computers. Her perspective and lived experience adds value proposition to our planning.

She is the senior technical adviser in consultancy role with AKJ since 1998. As a seasoned & qualified child development professional, Ms Mehta did her specialization with special needs children at a premier University 33 years ago. She oversees & guides our team of special educators in devising as well as executing best rehabilitation strategies.
