Our Three special schools for children with intellectual disability (including cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, autism and other developmental disabilities) as well as those with hearing and speech impairment have been providing services in Jhunjhunu & Sikar districts situated in semi-arid rural areas of north-western Rajasthan (INDIA). School based special education, therapeutic, vocational training, guidance and counseling services (both special schools & in inclusive setup) to more than 270 children with disabilities and their families are provided on a regular basis. Remedial teaching support is being provided to students enrolled at three Government schools under our inclusive education program \u2018Sanjhi Udaan\u2019. Our Early intervention unit at Sikar \u2018Navankur\u2019 serves very young neurodivergent kids and their families through developmental therapies & handholding. Open employment and livelihood options are sought for young adults with disabilities to ensure their rehabilitation into community.
